SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from our warehouse in Wildwood, Missouri. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Domestic Shipping (United States):
• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $6.99
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders $100 and over
SHIPPING ZONES
We currently ship to all 50 United States. Shipping times are calculated from our fulfillment center in Wildwood, Missouri.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order to info@noxthebrand.com.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@noxthebrand.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size or local regulations. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.
HOLIDAYS & DELAYS
During peak seasons and holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
